Metal Pressed Plywood Benchtop to match IKEA METOD sizes

Designed + Made to order by So Watt in Marrickville, Sydney, from 100% plywood.

This collection of benchtops are designed to complement IKEA cabinetry sizes. Supplied with either 1mm copper or brass metal on the face.

For the perfect fit, choose a slightly larger size ready to be cut down to the exact size by your installer on site (this is called scribing).

  • Constructed from 18mm or 24mm Birch ply, with 1mm copper or brass metal applied to the face and white liner to the underside. The exposed Birch ply edges are sealed with a clear low VOC water-based finish. The brass or copper are left raw for a natural patina to develop over time.

    These benchtops are finished on edges to give you flexibility when installing.
